The same cleaner, every visit. You get one person who learns your home, where things live and what you care about. If they're ill or on holiday we send cover and tell you in advance rather than surprising you at the door.
Discretion as standard. Our cleaners are DBS-checked, referenced and interviewed in person. They're used to homes with art, valuables and privacy concerns, and they don't discuss clients. Confidentiality agreements can be signed on request.
Careful with the things that matter. Marble, unlacquered brass, antique wood, silk and specialist paint finishes all need the right product. We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe around children, pets and finishes that cost more than the clean.
Hours that fit Mayfair. Early mornings before the office fills up, evenings, weekends, and same-day cleans when a guest or a viewing lands on you at short notice.
Mayfair homes are rarely straightforward. A Georgian townhouse on Charles Street has four or five floors and a staircase you can’t get a machine up. A lateral apartment behind Grosvenor Square might have a wine room, a service corridor and finishes that scratch if you look at them wrong. A mews house off Adams Row has a small footprint and a lot of glass. They all need cleaning differently.
Our cleaners follow a room-by-room checklist on every visit, so the standard doesn’t drift when you’re away. Book weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as a one-off, and tell us how you’d like access handled. Most of our Mayfair clients are out when we arrive, so we sign in with the porter, use a key safe, or collect keys from the concierge desk and return them the same day.

We dust and wipe surfaces, polish wooden furniture, vacuum carpets and rugs, mop hard floors, clean skirting boards, switches and door handles, wipe internal sills, and empty the bins.

Short lets in Mayfair are a different job to a standard holiday flat. Guests are often arriving late from Heathrow, staying a week, and paying enough to notice a fingerprint on the hob. Changeovers are frequently same-day, and the building may only allow deliveries and access through a service entrance at set hours.
We work to your booking calendar and handle the reset properly: beds made to hotel standard, bathrooms restocked, kitchen returned to zero, and a photo report sent through so you know exactly what state the property is in before check-in. If you’re letting under the 90-night limit that applies across London, we can also keep the flat aired and dusted during the gaps so it isn’t sitting closed up for months.
Deposits in Mayfair are large, and the inventory clerks who check the property out know the difference between tidy and clean. Our end of tenancy service follows the checklist used by letting agents and managing agents on the Grosvenor and Crown estates, so what gets inspected is what gets cleaned.
We go through the flat or house room by room, with most of the time spent where deductions actually happen: the oven, the extractor, behind and under appliances, limescale on shower screens, grout, window sills, and the marks left on paintwork by furniture.
There are a lot of good rugs in Mayfair, and not all of them should be cleaned the same way. Wool stair runners in a period house, a silk rug in a drawing room and a fitted carpet in an office all need different handling, so we look at the fibre before we decide the method.
For most wool and synthetic carpets we use hot water extraction, which lifts out what a vacuum leaves behind. Delicate and antique rugs get a low-moisture treatment instead. Either way, we test in a corner first and tell you honestly if a mark isn’t going to come out.
