Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Wherever possible, yes. If your cleaner is on holiday or unwell, we arrange a vetted replacement and let you know in advance.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
For domestic regular cleans, we require our clients to provide a good working hoover, mop, bucket and all the required cleaning fluids. We can provide equipment drop and supply cleaning chemicals for one-off deep cleans and End of Tenancy cleans.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Many customers give us a key or key-safe code. All our cleaners are DBS-checked and insured.
