We provide cleaning materials for end of tenancy and deep cleans.
For regular weekly cleans, we expect you to provide cleaning materials:
and other equipment such as hoover, mop and bucket.
If your property is in the congestion charge zone, you will have to pay the fee. Also if you cannot provide a visitor’s parking permit or free space for us too park, parking charges would also be applicable.
For our regular cleaning service we can provide the same cleaner each time if you prefer and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday, where possible.
We interview cleaners in-person, check their rights to work in the UK, their proof of address and references. Insurance documents are also checked to ensure that they are all covered.
If you don’t like the first cleaner we sent you, we can send you a replacement cleaner until you are happy with it.
All of our cleaners already have many years of experience in domestic and/or commercial cleaning.
Prior to them starting their first job with us, we also train each and every one of them intensively and put them through our quality control tests. On their first day with a client we send a supervisor/manager with them to ensure that all work done is completely satisfactory.
We also do spot checks without any notification to ensure the high standards we set are always there.
Furthermore, feedback from our clients is also paramount to help us serve you better. If anything is not quite up to scratch, let us know within 48hrs and we will send them back to rectify the issue for free.
Yes our cleaners work 7 days a week to meet your needs.
We need at least 24 hours for cancellations or the session would be 100% chargeable.
If you want to cancel your regular weekly/monthly service then please give us 1 weeks notice.
For regular cleaning: We require the payment to be made prior to the regular cleaning session.
One-off cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning/deep cleaning: We accept direct bank transfers for the full cost of the service prior to the job starting.

If your property is located within London's congestion charge zone, or if parking facilities are limited, additional charges may apply to cover these expenses. This is to ensure our cleaning professionals can reach your location efficiently and without incurring personal costs.
To avoid these charges, please ensure that either a visitor's parking permit is available, or a free parking space can be provided for our team's vehicle. This simple step helps streamline the service and keeps the overall cost predictable for our valued clients.
